Healthy Paws has always been very quick to process claims. We never had to make a phone call because they do an excellent job of claim processing. We highly recommend Healthy Paws for all other pet parents.

Embrace has the most awesome staff and I wish you the very best. The Insurance should be for puppies and kittens, anything older should not apply. They do not cover any or half of preconditions for animals. very disappointed.

SPOT NOT PAYING UNDER CONTRACT DETAILS
We used to have Nationwide for pet insurance until they stopped offering it. With Spot we pay over $100 a month. We have our deductible paid fir year and 90% that they are supposed to pay. Dog had teeth cleaning done with a few extractions. Bill was around $900. We are only getting $150 back from Spot. Looking at coverage they should have paid ALOT more! Funny this us exactly the same amount we got for a $350 bill three weeks prior for blood work. Im getting a feeling Spot is a scam and they lie to get your money. DO NOT USE SPOT!
