I can’t say I am impressed irl this company. I filed my claim and was notified it had been received. Several messages followed apologizing for the delay. After a month still no reimbursement. Very poor consumer service.

Quick and so helpful!
Quick and so helpful! I’ve used spot for the past three years and thankfully have never had to file a claim. But when my dog came down with massive kidney stones and a bladder infection, I was so grateful that I had kept my account active for moments like this. The filing process is quick and easy and I got my payment very quickly. Thank you spot!

Price Gouging
I have had the insurance for one year. I have a 5 year old Shepard mix with no health problems. I have filed no claims. My rate went from $65 a month to $116 a month with no explanation other than costs are going up. Disappointing, I thought I had done my research but would not recommend this do to price gouging. I have no other experience with them

False advertising at its best
False advertising at its best. Embarrassed it’s affiliated with USAA. They should really say upfront that not ALL “accidents” are covered at the beginning of the policy term. But it’s in the fine print they don’t tell you about.
