This pet insurance is AWFUL!
This pet insurance is a complete RIP off, two dogs and paying over $120 a month for even the premium care and all of that, just to get back $25 on over $600 of a bill. WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE. They DO NOT give you anything written that shows HOW they came up with that, and try to mess with you and never call you back when promise. Also, had to follow up 17 times in two weeks JUST to get an answer. They automatically send INCORRECT information out. STAY FAR AND CLEAR from this insurance that steals money!

Embrace has the most awesome staff and I wish you the very best. The Insurance should be for puppies and kittens, anything older should not apply. They do not cover any or half of preconditions for animals. very disappointed.
