Where do I start
Where do I start. Customer for 3 years. Claimed every condition wasn’t coverable due to everything being somehow related to anxiety when my dog broke a tooth. I got stuck with a $12000 out of pocket dental bill. Despite this and them not reembursing despite a written letter from the vet explaining that the accident had nothing to do with anxiety and me not claiming anything for the 2nd and 3rd year on a perfectly healthy dog other than the accident my premium went from $77 to $105/month on a $5000 policy that I had already reduced because they tried the same thing. If you do the math on the policies you might as well not have insurance. Anyways. Jacking premiums after the first year and then removing options to select for plan coverage to squeeze you into a cheaper risk category for more money is some really crap business ethics. Just another greedy company who is willing to squeeze every penny out of their existing clientele.

Had to take my pet to Emergency Vet…
Had to take my pet to Emergency Vet that was indicated on the policy. She had started limping. After approximately 30 days was reimbursed minus deductible at my agreed policy rate. This was a little aggravating as my pet had never had any lameness before but Embrace was doing their job.

I currently feel as if I am dealing with the insurance adjusters that work for the boss on the Incredibles. They are finding ways to not cover issues that should not be considered bilateral or preexisting in any way. As a reply to embrace. For more details. How is a corneal ulcer in anyway considered preexisting to a cherry eye that was in a separate eye? A bilateral that is a completely different diagnosis. Save your money; they cover very little
Had insurance for over 10months on a new puppy. The very first claim I tried to make after the full 10 months for upset tummy/ diarrhea, they came up with every excuse they could to not cover 1/10th of what I had already paid. My sister had great luck with them but I found much better off self insuring and saving the copious amounts of money I paid them to cover even the worst of bills I’d ever get from vet. So disappointed. Total scam.
