Answered any and all concerns. It is the first time getting pet insurance on my newly adopted dog. I recently lost my dog of 13 years that developed 3 different illnesses including cancer. Excellent Services
MetLife has reviewed and paid my claims in a timely manner. The policy covers wellness claims as well as medical procedures, which I have appreciated with my rescue dog getting his health stabilized. MetLife was recommended by the animal shelter, and I have found their services to be excellent.
