What a price increase on a 3 year old…
What a price increase on a 3 year old dog. Almost 50%!!!!! I recommended them to a friend for their puppy and their renewal was up the same amount when he turned one. I don't even know how it's legal to increase that much. Used to love this company.

Healthy Paws Came Through
Needed to use my pet insurance recently for very costly radiation therapy. Healthy Paws was very prompt in making reimbursements and generally handled things in a way that was sensitive and involved minimal hassle. Grateful I had pet insurance and this company to deal with during this ordeal.

Not Run By People Who Actually Have Pets
I have paid more than $1,000 in premiums for my two dogs in less than a year. Last week I submitted a claim for one dog who had an upset stomach, which resulted in vomiting and diarrhea. They denied my claim, which would have only gone against my annual deductible. The reason is that my dog had an upset stomach and vomited 10 months ago per vet records they collected. I didn't even submitted a claim for that vomiting. This company is a grift. They don't understand that they are in the business of covering dogs, who sometimes eat a street treat off the ground.

Best Pet Insurance Ever!
I cannot express how incredibly grateful my family is to Healthy Paws. Our beloved dog needed multiple surgeries, and each time our insurance claims were quickly processed without question. The app makes it so easy to file claims and the turn around time to receive reimbursement was always within two weeks! Amazing! Having a loved pet needing medical care is very stressful, and we are appreciative of the fact that Healthy Paws made the financial stress basically nonexistent! Thank you, Healthy Paws!
