Easy to work with
Oh goodness, I just realized I gave Spot my Healthy Paws review...that was terrible. SPOT processed my claim for routine services very quickly and the claims submittal process is very easy. The ability to customize care/deductible/yearly max is great and makes it fit into our budget, especially when paying for multiple pet insurances. For anyone looking for insurance, this is a good company but stay clear of healthy paws unless you like things being more difficult than they should be.

I did a lot of research on pet insurance companies before I chose Pet's. Best, I have to say I was a bit disappointed at the length of time it took to process my claim. I submitted my claim January 5th and My reimbursement didn't come until January 13th. I believe. Small is the reimbursement was it took an awful lot of time when it should have taken A few days

Best Experience Ever!
My lil guy recently had to have emergency surgery to remove a foreign body, very expensive, over $6k in total. I called Spot to verify everything they would need to process the claim. They were very empathetic about my situation and provided clear instructions as to everything they would need. The process to submit the claim was very easy and straightforward- my claim was approved and processed with the money deposited in less than a week. I would give 6 stars if I could, highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

Diabetes Emergency
I had a medical emergency with our pup Dexter. He was diagnosed with diabetes but he was admitted into the hospital for 3 days to regulate him. That costed me 5,710 dollars and had it not been for pets best i would have had to surrender him to the vet. Thank you Pets Best for helping us when we needed it most!!!

Payment system and claim status
1. It is frustrating to use your chat system as it was not getting me anyware. Due to circumstances with regard to using my debit card, I wish to make payments via e-checks which is more secure; and 2. I submitted a claim (2nd time) on December 16 and I have heard anything as to the status. The virtual chat system is not totally appropriate

How helpful Rachel Dillard was.
I was having some difficulty submitting my vet's billing statements because I have two new puppies and their treatments and billing were on the same statement. When I called Fetch Pet Insurance Rachel Dillard took the call. She patiently, clearly and pleasantly explained what I needed to do. She was knowledgeable and efficient and she quickly dispelled my frustration. She couldn't have been better!
