Worth every penny
We have used pets best for our last two dogs. Our oldest who’s only five years old has had three major incidents that were all covered by pets best. They were quick to pay any claims. I think our rates are fair especially with what they’ve covered. We are 100% thankful for them and will use them for every one of our pets moving forward

I just started with MetLife. Everyone from customer service has been nice, patient & knowledgeable. So far, so good. My 1st series of shots I’m getting $75 back, but that’s it for the year, which I’m not sure is very good.

Never trust this company
Never trust this company, they are the worst all they want is to take your money. They canceled our insurance for our 4 pets because we missed one payment when we went to try and reinstate. They increased by almost 40% for each pet. We could no longer afford pet insurance to this day. I still don’t have pet insurance and that was two years ago. Instead of them, giving us our rate that they originally gave us they decided they’d rather not have our business. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This is almost put us in debt with our pets and not being able before pet bills. I hope someone reads this and it keeps you from getting caught up in something this terrible.
