I did not have a great experience with…

I did not have a great experience with embrace. They considered my dog’s surgery a pre existing condition which it wasn't, so didn’t cover any of it. Not even the doctors visit….Was told I should have tapped the conversation that said it was? Who does that when looking around for insurances. So they did a bate and switch on me. I tried for three weeks to get pre approved and they kept telling me they needed more paper work and that my doc wasn’t sending when I was at my doctors office and watched them send. Then it came time for the surgery and I had to do so I did and then all the paper work I did for three weeks was no longer good because it now becomes a claim so I did everything they asked and in 5 hrs I was denied. Amazing couldn’t get pre approved for three weeks but got denied in 5 hours!! I definitely would have picked lemonade or one of the other insurances. I will wait for my year to be up and switch insurances. My dog is doing great that is the most important thing to me.

Good and prompt service

For the most part, I've had embrace for over 5 years and I'm very pleased with the service I get. Sometimes it's rather tedious I know for my vet, who has to sometimes send in multiple doctor notes before a claim is paid. But that rarely happens, therefore I still am giving a five star rating.

Not worth your money

The interface is easy to navigate. However, they cover nothing and if you want to be covered for anything you’d have to pay a ridiculous amount. The outrageous amount you’d have to pay in order to be covered for anything for an elder dog is truly a waste of your money. It’s more economical to borrow money from a bank in case of emergency. Truly not worth your money

Embrace has been incredibly easy to work with! From the very first day of exploring insurance options and filling out my application, to speaking with a representative who helped me choose the best coverage for my needs, the process has been smooth. Now, submitting claims is quick, and their communication is excellent. Overall, they’re very professional, and I’m so glad to be working with them!

PB comes through again

I’m giving 5 stars even though the submit claim action on the app was not working. That is usually not the case. Usually very easy to submit a claim and the direct deposit is convenient. My premiums are going up a lot this year but they are still at a competitive rate and PB has always come through. Recommend to every pet owner.

Crooks with laughable service.

I made my claim and after a few weeks I stared getting email stating that they were very busy, running behind, and that they were attempting to contact my Vet. The next email said that they tried to get a hold of my Vet but they were not responding, if they did not respond my claim would be denied. I called my Vet and they said no one from any insurance had attempted to pull information from my file, that if they had they would most certainly give it. The next email from Pets Best said my claim was completely denied, that the Vet never responded. They never once asked for my assistance, called me, or talked to me. Pets Best did not respond to any of my email. My cats issue was an emergency visit, he was very ill because his back teeth became infected. All the visits, meds, x-rays, and surgery added up to several thousand dollars. I was not expecting much, but to be flat out denied for all of it when my cats life was in peril with a choice of let him suffer or do all that I could really hurt financially. To not get any assistance from a policy that cost quite a bit really disappoints me. The should not call themselves Pets Best, they are greedy crooks.

I have been with them about 8 years for…

I have been with them about 8 years for a rescue as well as another. They raised my premiums to double. They withdrew from my acct. automatically. I received absolutely no notice. Cost was $52 went to $93. I called and was told there was a %15 increase. That would be less than $8. Ask to drop auto deduction and was told it’s not an option. I chose to drop them and look for coverage elsewhere. I’m thankful my acct. was able to cover the increase. I do not recommend them and feel their lack of concern was appalling.
