An Excellent Company
An excellent company. I have used them for at least 15 years. The claim form is very easy to complete and does not require the vet to sign which avoids that hassle. One just fills out the claim form and submits it with the bill. They always pay claims without haggling. I highly recommend Pets Best.

We had an incident with our Sadie that required a visit to an Emergency Vet at night. The Emergency Vet after diagnosing her problem suggested we visit our Primary Care Vet for a more thorough follow-up. We submitted both bills to Spot Pet Insurance which we received the appropriate amount of reimbursement within a short period of time. So far, Spot Pet Insurance has lived up to what was promised when we first signed up. They have been very good and I, based on today's Vet bills, highly recommend them to help offset those unforeseen expenses.
