We purchased pet insurance a few months…
We purchased pet insurance a few months ago for our beloved cats and it has proven to be one of our best choices! Embrace processes claims at lightning speed and it’s all done painlessly. No hoops to jump through with Embrace, one only needs submit proper documents and within 24-48 hours, we found our claim processed and we were quickly reimbursed. Every step of the way, customer service assists cheerfully and professionally. We are so very happy to have this incredible service!

I contacted Fetch insurance after our…puppy had a serious issue and I had questions on the claim process
I contacted Fetch insurance after our puppy had some issues and Rachel in customer service was absolutely wonderful. She clearly and patiently answered all my questions and spent time assisting me with my claim. I am very thankful to Rachel for all her assistance during a very worrisome time with my puppy. Fetch insurance has proven to be invaluable to us, and I would strongly recommend anyone with a pet to purchase it.

I do not recommend Pets Best Insurance. We just canceled our policy and will be looking elsewhere. We were with them since 2021 for one of our dogs. Early on, we thought they were ok. Disappointed with some claims not being reimbursed but other claims we received some reimbursement. This past 12 - 18 months has been horrible working with them. We received no reimbursement on any of our claims with the exception of one in May 2024. But then, they requested in June or July that we provide them all vet records for our pet (that has been covered since 2021) which they would already have access to. Seemed like a stall tactic to avoid reimbursement. We paid $80 per month to cover this pet (we also had a 2nd pet covered), have paid out close to $3,000 in vet bills with no reimbursement. If I could give a rating of "0", I would have but this was not an option.

We have never purchased pet insurance…
We have never purchased pet insurance and were hesitant, hoping that if we needed it, there would not be exceptions to coverage. We did have a need to use the insurance and the process was incredibly easy. We received a reimbursement check within one week of submitting reciepts. Coverage was just as outlined when purchased. Very impressed and grateful

On top of it
Recently Marley had urinary symptoms necessitating emergency care and ultimately leading to discovery of a bladder stone and to surgery. At the same time Sidney was getting her initial vaccinations. Pets Best was quick to respond to all claims and to reimburse. Planned and emergency services are expensive and having insurance to offset those costs was wonderful. I am so glad to have insurance through such a responsive and caring team.
