Understanding Acronym (SOAP)
Pretty basic rules - required to submit Invoice total amount paid - which should reflect a $0.00 balance after payment, and Medical Records which represent SOAP notes. SOAP - Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan (These equate to the veterinarian's personal notes taken during the actual visit). I misstyped the Unit number in my brand…
I misstyped the Unit number in my brand new tenant policy (what an 1d10t, i know). The call center helped me fixing my error and even generated updated documentation to support the change, which they mailed my way. Amazing experience.

Our kitten had an injury and we are very thankful we had accidental coverage. She was bit by another dog and our vet bill was over 3600 dollars. We have been told our claim was processed and our coverage is almost 3300. Full coverage in the best way to go. We need to thank our daughter for telling us go get pet insurance.
