This company is a scam
I have been a customer for almost 8 years with fetch. I recently lost my dog to a sudden medical condition. They have approved all of my claims, and I have received email notifications saying my deposits have been made. I have not received any money. When I call I get the run around saying that they have proof of payment, yet they will not provide me with the proof. So frustrating, and horrible service. I will be getting a lawyer involved. Per your comment below. The supervisor did not tell me there was a problem with the account number. After 5 phone calls and just being told that they had paid and they had proof. Is not good customer service. I have been waiting for 2 days now for a call back to let me know what is going to be done?? This is over $5,000. Not just a little reimbursement

They pay the claims!!!
I have had all positive experiences so far dealing with getting reimbursement for the claims on my dog and cat. I am always nervous that they are going to try to find some reason to deny or reject all or part of the claim, just based on them being an insurance company! But I've had Spot for a year and a half now, and I have to say, it's all been on the level. Very fair. What a relief!

Unbelievably frustrating and completely unhelpful
Avoid this insurance company at all costs. I was the victim of a hit-and-run on September 11th and my claim STILL isn't settled. They got the details of my policy wrong from the beginning, refused to tow my car, disappeared completely once the repairs had been finished, delayed payment unnecessarily, and wouldn't answer any of my emails requesting updates! It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get any information out of them, and even now that I've finally gotten them to approve an amount for the repairs, they're refusing to cover things that are included under my policy and that I opted to pay extra for! Honestly feel like I would've been better off without any insurance at all for how unhelpful Sonnet has been throughout this entire experience. Will be cancelling and switching to *anyone else* as soon as this claim is finally settled, which will probably be years from now at this rate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My only issue is that with preventative…
My only issue is that with preventative you only cover so little. For example, a vaccine is $25 while I pay much more for that.

Love Healthy Paws!
I've had Healthy Paws for my cat Figgy since 2017. Before I adopted her, I researched various options and felt healthy paws was the easiest for me to understand and communicated with online. They've helped with unexpected pet bills and in the five years with them my monthly rate has only increased by $10. Healthy Paws is amazing!
They are wonderful
They are wonderful. It is easy to submit a claim & they reimburse a lot of vet expenses.
