I've been taking my 2 girls to A little for the past few years. They've always been helpful and compassionate. Last week it was time to send my girl over the rainbow Bridge. The staff was nothing less than kind, caring and informative of the process. They always get back to me quickly via text or phone call any time I've scheduled appointments. I couldn't be more thankful for all you do.

They explained everything we had questions about, they were very thorough, careful and knowledgeable as most veterinarians are supposed to be. We've had really good service and we were happy to find that we payed less than we thought we'd have to just for an exam. We're really happy to say we've found our new vet. Dr. Minner was specifically the one we saw, but they all seemed polite and like they handled it all well.

I used to love this office. But they've upgraded there communication system and it just feels so impersonal now. When you call a vet, 75%of the time it's like calling 911 for your pet. You want to talk to someone now, you don't want to leave a text, if you're able because your so stressed 😫 you want to talk to someone kind on the other end telling you everything is going to be taken care of the best they can. Like it used to be. Just saying.
