This is my first experience with Embrace and so far it has been a good one. Hopefully it will be just as positive if anything dire were to occur in the future with our new puppy. That’s when it will matter most and hoping it is never needed.

Transparent, fast for the big things, good communication
I have had Pets Best for a little over two years now after I rescued my pup. Overall, I have found them to be entirely transparent on his coverage, what the decision on my claims are and why, as well as any updates and changes along the way. I will say, at times, with my smaller claims (he receives monthly allergy shots during the warmer months), they do not process them super quickly but they send status updates and do get to it. The one time I had to use them in a more emergency situation where he needed surgery, they responded to the claim very quickly and were wonderful to work with. They direct deposit closed claims right to my bank account and I get communication along the way as they do. I have recommended them to friends who have also had positive experiences. Including one who had a major, several thousand dollar surgery, and they had reimbursements within three business days.
