Terrible Customer Service and Coverage
I have had a few minor issues with Pets Plus Us in the past. The final straw was that my dog got a cracked tooth and while I had a good idea of when the accident occurred, I could not say definitively because I am not a vet. it was accidental because she does not receive hard chews.... There are very few ways that she could receive a cracked too. They refused to cover it because I did not see the incident occur. There has been ONE person I can remember in my 7 years with them, that was helpful and provided information I needed (even though the result was not what I wanted). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are many others that can provide better coverage and customer service.

I had the ASPCA accident plus wellness…
I had the ASPCA accident plus wellness plan for my small Chihuahua dog Danny but I lost him last month after a long illness. This insurance was great for him absolutely no problems fast claims everytime!!! I now have a new small dog and will be signing her up immediately with the complete coverage from ASPCA because they are trustworthy and feel good knowing she will have great coverage!!! Highly recommend!!!

I have had Embrace Insurance for…
I have had Embrace Insurance for several years, I have submitted several claims but have yet to see a check. Embrace claims the vet is not providing the proper paperwork but has not explained to me what exact paperwork I need. Don't know what else to do about my max. Been a member @USAA for more than 40 years. Have never had such deplorable service.
