Terrible company
Terrible company, they say they offer direct pay thru veterinarians but I called 100’s and not one accepts it. They also will deny claims stating pre existing condition or that it was before the effective date. Months after the effective date went into effect.

Annoying!
Your website sucks for leaving a claim. I constantly have an issue with the "choose a provider" part. I click on the drop down menu and either nothing opens up or it autofills the wrong provider. I have tried multiple browsers and still the same issue. I thought perhaps it because my computer is older and needs an update but when I try on my newer phone I still have issues with it being very slow.
