The Extreme price increase is…
The Extreme price increase is disheartening. I can barely afford MY health insurance (which cost less per month than my pets) I find that ridiculous. I know your response is going to be about vet cost rising, inflation, blah blah blah. A $91 PER MONTH increase is way over the top. I know I needed pet insurance but, having trouble even affording my insurance (which does NOT increase that much per month) and having healthy pets that have not needed anything in the past 10 years it's a ridiculous increase in 1 year. Also, to have to drop coverage parameters just to afford it then be told since I changed coverage, that if I change it again it would be like applying for a NEW policy and have to go through the waiting process again. That is NOT right. I was going to go somewhere else less expensive, but thought if I switched I would have to go through the wait period which I would have to do anyway with you. Some of us want to do what's bet for our pets and have to watch spending due to finances and no cannot afford to even have insurance for them. It's sad it told 6 years for me to afford basic coverage and now I'm back to not being able to afford it again with the HUGE price increase. I am fed up with ALL insurances human and pet. Paying monthly for "what if's" and then you have to jump through hoops to get something back from them AFTER having to pay upfront, Most people can't afford to pay upfront and that's what they need it for. If the monthly cost is too high they can't afford to pay insurance AND upfront.

Excellent Choice for Worry-Free Pet Parenting
We've had Pets Best for 7 years and it has taken so much worry out of being a pet parent. We were always happy with the coverage - but when our dog was diagnosed with cancer, it changed everything. Pets Best enabled us to make choices about what was best for our girl without worrying about costs. It was such a gift to have this peace of mind during an emotional time. Now, we have it for all our dogs and are certain we'll always be Pets Best customers.

Terrible pet insurance
I have had Pets Best insurance for a year. My dog tore his ACL so I got insurance then he tore the other ACL. Pets Best wouldn't cover surgery for his other leg because it was considered pre-existing even though it was the other leg. I know this is common with pet insurance, so that wasn't the issue for me, even though that's obviously seriously lame too. They also wouldn't cover any of the meds they had to give him to calm him down to take the xray, the meds they prescribed for the pain for tearing his ACL, or the medication I got him for his anxiety because the anxiety is considered pre-exiting too simply because he had been brought to a vet before I adopted him who noted that he exhibited anxious behavior. He's a chihuahua terrier mix, so duh he exhibited anxious behavior. And also, I just have to laugh that anxiety is even considered a "pre-existing" condition. So basically, pets best won't cover a single thing and 100% is not worth it.
