Always caring, kind and professional. We always come here — all the way from San Francisco — anytime are 12 year old pup needs anything, has his annual open pretty thorough) exams, or if we travel with him abroad. They have a drive-in parking lot where you can park and wait while your pet gets looked at although they are allowing you to accompany them inside again.

2 stars because while the vet was wonderful, the admin process was a complete bear. Covid rules are still in place where the owners have to wait outside in the parking lot, 20 min wait time to talk to someone when calling in, and watching 4 other owners arrive after but leave before me was not a great experience.

The staff are lovely. Facilities are nice & clean. We are very happy with Mid-Peninsula Animal Hospital.

I appreciate them for still taking us in for an appointment during the shelter in place order during the COVID-19 outbreak. I sense they all really care about serving animals and their owners. Dr. Forgette was so gentle and kind to my elderly dog. Even though she was very busy she was patient with all my panicked dog parent questions and explained everything thoroughly. She also shared all the treatment options for him so that I can decide on what is best for him.

Mostly Women vets & staff (very caring). I returned to them having adopted a kitten from them 11 years ago -- after 2 older cat pals diet with ease. Now one dog (Rufus) and my Mid-Pen cat (Sharkey) are in their care. You get great care, interaction w/ you and your pets, honest feedback, broad diagnostic thinking, and fair prices. Good phone follow up. I have already sent two friends there. After a gruff, condescending, costly, rude solo vet in Los Altos, this is a blessing.
