Kept our dog alive.
Our poor dog has been hit with a lot during his 10 years with us. Luckily, we had the highest coverage possible. These last few months were very difficult, as he was in the ER a total of 7 days or so for various health issues. Would not have been able to have him as long as we have otherwise. The processing of claims has mostly been very efficient. Sometimes it takes longer in order to get history, especially if you travel an use more than one vet. We even got claims paid on past things we did not know would be covered, and they paid them after years had passed. Our dog is now gone, but will definitely use Embrace on our next pup.

Claims all get rejected
Submitted two claims. Over the years of having this useless coverage. Both got rejected. When you need them. They will be happy to promptly reject them. Good luck
