Though I never spoke with anyone, my doctor's office submitted Ralphie's hospital visit, I received conformation that my paperwork was received and I would be notified in a fews days of their decision. Thursday I got the email with the amount that they are covering Ralphie's hospital bill, I could not have more satisfied and happy

The customer service representatives at Met Life Pet Insurance are just outstandng. They helped me navigate and learn about the process. The were knowledgeable, efficient and kind. What a pleasure to talk to a live person to resolve issues and get help. Great overall
I haven't used other pet insurances so I can't say that this is the best overall.. But I can tell you that filing a claim was exceedingly easy. I had a question and spoke to customer service and they were amazing and even fun to work with. When I received my claim information back I understood why something was covered and why other things weren't. I wanted a certain medication to be covered however I knew it wasn't beforehand as the medication list was easily available. So far, so good, though I do have a few more things pending. Hopefully we keep on this trend.
