5 Stars all the Way!
Bella has been insured by Trupanion for over 12 years, and I can confidently say it has been a lifesaver. Without Trupanion's support, my beloved dog wouldn’t have survived breast cancer, nor would she be receiving the care she needs now for heart failure. Because of this incredible pet insurance, I’ve had the financial freedom to choose the very best care for Bella, giving us precious years together we might not have had otherwise. Every time I see a significantly reduced bill at the veterinarian, I feel overwhelming gratitude for Trupanion. Their coverage turns an otherwise daunting expense into a manageable one, and for that, I’m more than okay with rate increases—I know the value is unmatched. The peace of mind they’ve given me, knowing I can always get the best care for Bella without hesitation, is priceless. I have always given Enbrace five stars. Maybe it was volume related, but the time of reimbursement was a bit longer then usual, even after I went to the Vet to get the added info that was required,

On the fence with Embrace
On the fence. My baby takes allergy medicine because he gets itchy. Embrace predetermined this as a pre- existing condition . Which means they will not cover his medication, whatever I knew that going in. However he came down with a double ear infection last week and they would not cover because they attributed it to his dermatitis. Ridiculous my vet said it was bacteria in his ears has nothing to do with his allergies. For the premiums I pay, this is blatant looking for excuses not to pay. I’m going to be looking at other insurance companies to see if I want to stay with embrace. The stretch between dermatitis and ear infections is just ridiculous.

Great pet insurance
Last year my cat, Joey, needed an ACL repair. Major surgery, rarely in cats! MetLife covered the surgery expenses at the best, most highly recommended surgeon in the area. They also covered all his recommended treatments, including laser and physical therapy, and follow-up. No questions asked, as long as the surgeon felt it was necessary. The customer service was excellent. Yes, it wasn’t the least expensive, but the coverage was excellent! Joey is fully recovered and back to playing!
