Paid for insurance for nothing
Unfortunately I had a claim that should have been approved but it was denied. Paid a lot into my insurance only for when I needed them they didn't come through. I provided what i could from the vet but it just wasn't enough. The vets never lose though and get there big pay day Everytime. Better off not having pets.

STAY AWAY
I have had coverage with them since my dog was 2 months old. Fast forward 8 years I finally submitted a claim. When I got my renewal amount it literally tripled in cost! I paid them 8 years for nothing and this is how they treat their loyal customers. I canceled my plan. I can put that money in a savings account in case something happens.

Embrace has come through once again. We've been with them for close to a decade, and have had 4 pets covered by them. It's such an easy process, clear and quick feedback, and timely claim payments. We're so thankful we were introduced through USAA all those years ago - we've saved 10s of thousands of dollars and had so many extra years with our pups.
