I can not state enough how much I appreciated all the help that Kayla gave me in assisting me in submitting my claim correctly. An absolute 10/10 Grand Slam customer experience. Kayla took all my anxiety away from our application. She assisted me in uploading all pertinent documents and even helped set up direct deposit. And was very comforting and supporting of Titan's Medical situation. We always have such a positive experience with Fetch. Happy Holidays to all.

Today I spoke with Jenn, and she was so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and walking me through the process of submitting a claim. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was! I wish all companies had customer service representatives like Jenn. It would make life a lot easier!!!
