The process is so easy
The process is so easy. I submitted the receipt of my dog’s recent vet visit and within a couple days I received an email back about what I would be reimbursed. And they covered much more than I thought. Definitely worth it to have pets best insurance!

Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed in how a presurgical exam, which is required for neuter/spay was denied as it is considered a preventative exam and therefore counts as a wellness exam. So if your dog received an annual exam within the same year it will be getting spayed or neutered, know you will have to pay for that out of pocket.
