After you denied another claim and kept asking for more and more documents, not being satisfied, I gave up on it. When I filed Bruce’s claim, I was anticipating being worn down and giving up. I was surprised that the claim was approved. Hope this keeps up in the future as I have 3 pets insured with Fetch.

My dog had surgery due to a mass on his muzzle. This required blood work, pathology, etc. My bill was over $1200, my reimbursement was $351. Why am I using Embrace? Going to have to do some research. Already spoke with others that have pet insurance, they were surprised at the little reimbursement.

Easy to submit receipt for claim!
Easy to submit receipt for claim! The App makes submission of the vet receipt so easy... just scan and go. I like that I don't have to evaluate each item to see which items are covered on my claim. PetsBest does all that for me, and then provides a detailed explanation a couple of days later. Then, my reimbursement is automatically deposited to my checking account. It could not be easier. Very nice!
