It really works!
I was so skeptical about pet insurance and spent quite some time researching options. I finally decided on Embrace and submitted my first claim in my second year of coverage. I was expecting a denial or them not covering everything based on some hidden clause, but no! I was reimbursed exactly as promised and while the claim took a bit long to process, they were very responsive to questions. I'm very impressed.

Your Insurance and those processing the claims were indeed stupendioud. I have not had Pet Ins. on my other dogs and due to the recommendation of my Vet I called your Rep. After getting information from him, I could not pass up the opportunity to enroll my pet. Was very surprised how concerned you are about the health of my pet and the processing of the claims. Both Nick (dog) and I thank you. Nick is very much feeling better from his gastro/int. illness. I have recommended and praised your insurance

Healthy Pets is the best! I've heard horror stories from many friends about their pet insurance from refusing to cover a pet, fighting for the reimbursements, complicated paperwork and rude customer service. I faxed my paperwork to Healthy Paws and had a reimbursement check in less than 1 week. Friendly and timely communications and a follow up with well wishes.

Trupanion lowered their premiums
I was genuinely surprised when I got an e-mail from trupanion that told me that due to development of vet and care costs in my area they were pleased to let me know that my premiums thil year will be lower than last years. Guess how pleased I was :)
