Great Pet Insurance
We were getting a French Bulldog puppy and since they have been known to have certain issues for the breed, we shopped around for a company that would include those hereditary issues. We chose Embrace. Unfortunately, Tilly hurt her leg at 5 months old. She required surgery for that. We also had a night when she suddenly started slobbering/salivating constantly...streams from her mouth. She's had a "hot spot" on her back and a problem with her ears. Everything was reimbursed under our plan. It was painless and we are really glad we chose Embrace. Reimbursement is based on the bill you paid, NOT what the going rate is for an injury or procedure. So as Tilly is our first puppy together, we are extremely happy with our choice!

Trupanion is wonderful!!
This pet insurance is the best thing we ever purchased. Our Bernese has had a couple of issues and the coverage was just as advertised. It is easy to submit claims and the payment is prompt! I wish my health insurance was as efficient!

Healthy Paws delivered as advertised
our Ridgeback Coon hound mix ingested something that causedvomiting and diahrea. We took him to Pet emergency and they opened him up and treated it. after 2 weeks with a cone around his neck, we are grateful to still have him. Your claim service is excellent and is up to your promises.

Excellent pet insurance company! Great service!
Our yellow lab, Fiona, was throwing up, and we were very concerned. We were away on vacation and had to take her to a local animal hospital twice, until the situation was resolved. Once she was healthy again, we submitted both of the vet bills to Healthy Paws. They kept us informed at every step of the claim process, and we received our payment check by the time we got back home. They really are an excellent company, and we would highly recommend them!

VPI? Who is that?
I have to say that I haven't had pet insurance for years because I had VPI before and it totally turned me off and made me feel like I was wasting my money. With 2 Great Danes now I had to do something as I knew that I'd need some sort of coverage. I was referred to Embrace from a friend with multiple Danes and I have thanked her for her recommendation because I am thoroughly impressed! Thank you for your wonderful customer service and quick claim turnarounds!!!

Great to work with!
Gunnie chewed up her e-collar (& duct tape) after her spay surgery, and was vomiting. She needed xrays to determine if there was an obstruction. I sent the claim form and her records & the invoice to Trupanion. The $ will be in my account today.:)

the worst
Find excuses not to pay anything and everything. Accepted a 7 year old showdog, not neutered, now refuse to pay for emergency surgery for life threatening illness (pyometra) because she was not neutered by age one. That was after they said it was because she was (1)a service dog (she is not) then they tried (2) breeding dog (she is not). Letter submitted by vet explaining necessity for surgery. Really bad company.

it was fast, easy, and everything that they claim
Because I didn't have the policy for very long I was not sure if they would cover her illness and they did. other companies that I had contacted would not cover her at tat age or the price was very high.
