Healthy paws is the best! Our sweet little girl has had two knee replacements and now cancer on her back. Healthy Paws has been easy to access, someone is always there to assist and claims are reviewed and paid quickly. I don't know what we would have done without insurance and Healthy Paws is the only answer.

They were great
Ralphie our boxer started to have seizures for no reason. We worked with the vet to confirm it. The treatment was pre authorized by the vet with Trupanion. Who took care a of the claim immedieatly. I also recomed Trupanion to my friends due to their gReat customer service.

my first claim experience
Wow is all I can say! I am a new Embrace customer,having insured my yorkie Jada and her brother a terrier mix Bogie. Super fast claim experience which I would rate A+++++ I took both my guys in for their annual checkups and my wellness claim was processed and my check was in hand within 10 days. I pray I never need to use the accident and illness policy's, but I have peace of mind that it is there if I need it.

Excellent Service
We have Healthy Paws insurance for our two Irish Wolfhounds Emmett and Olivia. Recently I've had to make four claims in a short period of time for a significant respiratory problem for one of them. I found Healthy Paws to be prompt in processing claims, one of which was for well over $1000, with absolutely no hassle. They also followed up to find out how my dog was doing...my human insurance doesn't do that! So, I don't think they are the rock bottom cheapest alternative out there, but I don't find them crazy expensive either and worth every penny. This is our first experience with pet insurance and I am very pleasantly surprised.

Great pet insurance option
I have never purchased pet insurance before because I didn't believe that it would really work. Boy was I wrong! I recently found out that my dog has cancer and Embrace has been fantastic in handling the claims for her treatment. The claims are handled quickly and payments are made within a couple of weeks. I am completely satisfied with my decision to buy insurance from Embrace.

reimbursement deposit takes too long.
i recieve a email saying that i was gonna get my deposit in 2 days,is been 6 day's,im still waiting. but if you forget about doing your payment they send you a email saying that they gonna cancel your policy.

Must have!
My GSD, Kiefer is recovering from emergency back surgery thanks to Healthy Paws. I signed him up in February and what do you know, he managed to rupture a disc and was paralyzed at only 4 years old. This was not inexpensive veterinary care and we are beyond grateful that we had access to the best care. He is walking and getting stronger with physical therapy. We are so grateful and happy to spread the news; this insurance is not what you may remember pet insurance was on the past, confusing, with lots of exclusions. Having had dogs for years, I knew Kiefer would need it one time or another! Thank you Healthy Paws! :)
