Healthy Paws provided great service to our family
Our new puppy broke her leg when she was 17 weeks old, and as new puppy owners were were understandably distraught and really clueless about what her surgery and rehab over the ensuing weeks would hold for our family. When I paid for the first (enormous!) invoice for her initial surgery, I went home while she stayed in the hospital and went on Healthy Paws web site to find out how to start the claims process. The site was informative, easy to follow and all the "paperwork" could be done electronically. Healthy Paws emailed me right away once the paperwork was submitted to let me know the claim was processing, and the payment came very quickly. We can't say enough about how reassuring it was for us to have Healthy Paws insurance coverage during our puppy's recovery.

Priceless!
Our 3 yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Bamboo, was suddenly very ill with tremors, panting,vomiting blood. Luckily we are able to have him see the vet immediately and, after several tests, he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. A special diet and medications were prescribed and he's back to normal! Needless to say, the bills for his visits were substantial. We submitted our vet bills to Healthy Paws and received a follow-up email that they required his medical history (since this was his first claim). Once we sent the file over, we received another email that the documents were received and the claim was being processed. A day later we received an email of the claim settlement-how much the reimbursement was with a detailed calculation explaining the reimbursed amount - and the check was received a couple of days later. Healthy Paws is excellent in communicating the status of your claim until the claim is settled. The staff is exceptional in their compassionate approach to secure what they need to get you reimbursed as quickly as possible. Our two dogs are covered by Healthy Paws insurance and we couldn't be happier with their product, the service we receive and their true concern for our pets' recovery. Thank you Healthy Paws for loving our dogs almost (!) as much as we do!!!

Apeal Process was Handeled Fairly
I cannot say enough again about how happy I am that I chose Embrace to insure my Pooch! I recently discovered a large mass growing on the jaw bone of my Shitzu. The vet was able to remove the mass which was dificult to determine if it was cancerous or not when viewed by two oncologists. The claim was initially declined by Embrace as it was classified to be a dental procedure. The claim was later paid after a review of the case file requested on bahalf of my vet. Embrace handeled this case fairly, they are the best!

Pleasurable Experience
My dog was diagnosed with Pancreatitis after a battery of tests and X-rays. With medications and a special diet he is now doing well. Filed a claim with Healthy Paws for our expenses. They responded within a few days that the claim was being processed and I believe in no more than a couple of weeks I recieved a check. Prompt and efficient service.

HIGHEST PRAISES FOR PETS BEST
I can't say enough good things about Pets Best Ins. Last year my 12 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Shelby was diagnosed with Diabetes, then as a result of the Diabetes got cataracts. Thanks to my Pets Best Insurance I was able to give her cataract surgery & save her sight. But as if these 2 medical issues weren't bad enough during the year as we were working with the vet to get her insuline regulated, she has had 2 bouts of Pancreatitis, a Urinary Tract Infection & eye infections. Needless to say, she has had a rough 1 1/2 years, but knowing that I had Pets Best behind me to help with the expenses, I was able to get the care and hospitalization she needed. Pets Best is ALWAYS prompt in their claims processing. I've had pet insurance with another company and it was such a hassle; they would only "pay a portion of this and a portion of that", or were constantly returning the claims for further information or wanting the actual doctor's comments and signature on the claim. They were a real hassle!!! Seems they were always trying to cut the claim amount, deny it or hassle me so much that I just gave up. I just didn't have time to do all they wanted. I've NEVER had this problem with Pets Best!! With all the stress of the past 1 1/2 years, it was nice to have an easy & prompt claim experience with Pets Best. I can't thank Pets Best enough and don't know what I would have done without you.

Simple and fair claim processing
My five year old Yorkie suddenly developed a serious limp which I was unable to resolve without a visit to the vet. Since this was our first claim I was expecting a certain amount of paperwork and delay and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of submission and prompt settlement. A followup call from Customer Support was totally unexpected but welcomed.
