The claims (once received) have always been processed quickly. My only complaint is the fax number listed, but they have provided me with an alternate number because some clients have had issues with the listed fax number. Fast claim turn around time.

i was very challenged to choose an ins. co. for my pet. after researching, and on a wing and a prayer i went with embrace. i am extremley pleased with the service so far. i have been with them a few years and my pup has had no major illness or injury, just shots and wellness exams. i guess time will tell if i ever need major care i`ll hope that embrace will come through.

this was my first time using trupanion for a claim. overall it was a good experience. since it was my first claim it did take a little longer than expected to be reimbursed. the agent from trupanion that delt with my claim was very nice and helpful. i would recommend trupanion to other.

Very happy with our recent claim with Trupanion. Our Vet's office submitted the claim on Friday and it was approved in two days. Everything that we expected to be covered was covered, and the person who phoned us was very pleasant. They made this part of a very stressful time with our pet stress free.
