We've been with Embrace for a few years and since day one they have been great. The process, service and communication is top notch. We are impressed with the ease of claims and their communication to follow up via email on claims and questions you may have.

Quick claims review
My dogs yearly claims for her immune condition. My dog was diagnosed with a rare immune disease in 2010. Less than 1% of all dogs have this condition. Fortunately, when I adopted her from the dog shelter in 2008, I got her Embrace policy. I turned in $3000 worth of claims in 2010 which were promptly paid by Embrace once they had her doctors records. She must go in yearly for rechecks which cost around $400. However, this year she also had some minor illnesses of diarrhea a couple of times and ear infections. I kept all of my bills for her (over $1000) and turned them in on Monday and they were paid on Friday.

My dog had a liver shunt. When I took her to the surgeon they wanted pymt in full. They opted to get preapproval from trupanion. It took hours due to a fax problem at trupanions end. By the end of the day we had approval and my dog had her surgery. I was very pleased.

Great Customer Service and Quick Claim Processing
After adopting our husky in April we purchased Healthy Paws pet insurance - a short time later, we learned Noah suffered from cataracts in both eyes. Having Healthy Paws insurance has made the treatment process that much less difficult for us. Noah received a successful bilateral cataract surgery and receives multiple eye drops as part of his continued care. Healthy Paws processed the high priced claims quickly and efficiently so the veterinary bills were one less thing we needed to worry about as we cared for our boy. Also, the follow up email from Healthy Paws to see how Noah was recuperating made my day. I wish every company cared about it's clients as much as Healthy Paws cares about theirs!

This is the fourth claim I've filed for Gracie. The other two were for 1) chocolate toxicity; 2) extracting a cracked tooth; and 3) removal of a small mole. This one was to have a small cyst removed from her lower eyelid. All four claims were processed quickly and efficiently.

A partner in care
Ater a long, chronic and expensive illness, I lost my cat.I then adopted a senior (10year old) cat and realized that obtaining health insurance for her would be a smart idea. Not too long after I insured her with ASPCA, this healthy girl completely stopped eating for 4 days. Diagnosing her problem was extensive and expensive...but she recovered. I submitted a claim, supplied the necessary information and, within a very short time, received a settlement - no fuss, no muss - just a fair review and a considerate response. It certainly helped and I am very pleased with ASPCA pet insurance.
