Excellent insurance on all levels
I wanted to thank you for your professional and prompt responses when I filed my recent claims for Brooklyn. It is hard to have a pup who is fragile suddenly and harder with the unexpected costs involved in emergencies. Your fast reimbursements, the very easy to understand claim reimbursement information and your accessibility for questions makes all easier to handle!

Trupanion processed claim in 1 day
Our Maine Coon cat, Milo, had to have 2 teeth extracted due to a broken molar and cervical neck lesion. We have been a Tripanion policy holder for 5 years and this is the first time we have had to file a claim. We were very impressed that Trupanion processed the claim the day after the teeth were extracted. We have 2 Maine Coon cats and it is very reassuring to know that Trupanion is there should our cats have an illness or accident.

Trupanion processed claim in 1 day

Trupanion is simply superb! Out of the blue my 5-year-old cat was diagnosed with feline diabetes, just 33 days after his policy began. He spent three scary days in a New York City ICU, and his (very substantial) medical bills were reimbursed exactly as promised and with no fuss. I have been busy singing your praises and advising friends to insure their pets. Trupanion gets an A+ all around! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there when my cat and I needed you!(Can I increase your overall rating to 11?)

Our dog fell ill with pancreatitis, which incurred almost $1000 in vet fees for testing, treatment, and medications. After faxing in our claim form, Trupanion quickly let us know that the claim was received. Within a week and a half, I received an email detailing the amount we would be getting back. There were no hassles, and we will be getting 90% of our vet fees back, not including the exam fee (which is excluded in Trupanion coverage). This is the second time we have had to file a claim and couldn't be happier that we have this medical coverage for our fur baby!

Good coverage!
The first time I submitted a claim it was denied but on further conversation with the company they covered the claims. As a consumer you need to ask questions if something isn't working for you! My dog has some arthritis issues in his back and HealthyPaws covered treatment by a Physical Therapist who is licensed to practice with dogs! I am lucky I live in an area where I have a vet's office with this service! My dog has been doing great, I learned a lot from the Physical Therapist and my dog is really benefiting from the exercise, massage and heat I have been doing with him which keeps him healthier, feeling better and keeps him out of the vet's office!

Wow. Great service and a quick reimbursement. Our vet submitted the insurance forms for us and we provided some additional information and we had a check in about a week. They were friendly throughout the process. Love them.

Smart Choice for Pet Insurance
If you're going to have pet insurance, you have to make a smart choice and have the right amount of coverage. Embrace has proven it was the best choice for us. Our puppy has had chronic gastro problems since she was adopted so we've had to submit multiple claims. No problems with claims being covered and when they needed more info--they contacted my vet directly. Always give very quick responses. Awesome customer service.
