Fetch insurance is a total scam
Fetch insurance is a total scam, they have no phone number to contact them. After being a customer for one and a half years they would not even reimburse me for my dog's ear infection! the total invoice was 92.00 dollars. My monthly payments were 65.00 dollars!! go figure a scam.

Redemption!! Embrace Rocks!!
Redemption!! In the blink of an eye and without a warning, my Husky suffered a herniated disc which was very painful and debilitating...and also very expensive to diagnose & treat. Embrace helped take some of the pain away by covering all expenses according to my policy! Since then, Stella Blue has regained her ability to walk and she doesn't seem to be in pain. All the folks at embrace have been AWESOME to work with !!

Your customer service reps I’ve spoken with on the phone have always been caring, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. I went through a scary situation with my dog this year and I was so grateful to be able to get her into an Urgent Care as soon as possible without worry of extra expenses in such a stressful moment. Just ok
They adjudicated the claim fast which was great but didn’t explain what they were paying for and what they weren’t. Very vague saying I didn’t have enough coverage. I asked for more clarity but never heard back.
