Horrible coverage and a scam

They considered everything preexisting despite a detailed letter and explanation from our vet. Unbelievable waste of money, they pretend to care about you and your pet but they will scam you.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. I paid premiums' for almost two years and when my cat needed HELP they where no where to be found. I had the accident and injury policy. To make a long story short , my cat developed diabetes, My local pet hospital was pretty much useless too. When I submitted the bills, i was sent a denial and a EOB of bullshit. I submitted two claims back to back as my cat had developed a new problem unrelated to his diabetes,( Hole in Throat and having a pretty serious problem with his eye all in a week or two). My cay had to be put to SLEEP due to his developing condition. SO IF YOU DONT LIKE TO BE REIMBURSSED AND LIKE BEING LIED TO , This might be your place.

My cats r like my kids so when my workplace offered pet insurance I jumped on it!! It is a little pricey but worth it. I issued my claim and they got back to me with my payment within a week

Excellent and Reliable Service !!!

I have no regrets about being a member of MetLife Pet Insurance. Filing a claim is incredibly easy. The customer service people are always there. The cost of the policy is fair compared to other policies and the reimbursement rate is very good. Our pup is part of the family so his health care mattered to us.

I’m very disappointed in PetsBest

I’m very disappointed in PetsBest. I’ve been a loyal customer that insures 3 dogs and a cat with them for many years, and they denied a claim -a big one of course-$3,500!- that I spent on my 11 year old dog that had an extremely bad infection in her mouth and needed teeth pulled. My vet backed me up with the call he made - and because my regular dental care that I pay for fully was 14 months prior, and not 13 mos. I ate the whole bill! I even called them before bringing them in for what was privy’s broken tooth that needed to be pulled and they assured me it would be covered. It wasn’t. I’m very angry with them, and I’ve sent them many new customers over the years. No loyalty to customers here, and I’m looking for a new insurance company that appreciates their customers.
