Trupanion Has Been There When My Dog Needed It Most
Recently my 12-year-old Husky needed her CCL repaired. The vet generated an estimate, Trupanion approved it in minutes, and she was able to get her surgery the same day. A few years ago she had to have a mass removed along with her pancreas. Same experience - the estimate was approved in minutes and she was able to get her surgery quickly. Each time the experience was smooth. No back-and-forth, no delays, no added stress. Most importantly, my dog got the care she needed when she needed it.

My experience with SPOT has been A+. Everything from the staff that picks up the phone, to uploading documents like vet notes and invoices was very easy. The turnaround time for processing a claim and the reimbursement were pretty quick and effortless. I love the app as it keeps you updated with what’s happening with your claim.
