Best Pet Insurance EVER!
I wish I could remember the two individuals I spoke with the night of my pet's emergency, because they were truly amazing. I had never had to use our pet insurance yet, but I am so thankful we had it when we needed it. The process was easier than I ever expected and it is safe to say I will be keeping it the remainder of my pet's life!

Unbelievably EXCELLENT Service
My dog had life threatening bloat (GDV) episode. I rushed to your partnering Emergency Vet Clinic. I had called ahead and told them she had Trupanion. They were waiting for her and took her right in. As they stabilized her the clinic drew up the estimate and submitted it to Trupanion. The adjuster looked at it and then sent me their determination. Then, right there at the Vet the Adjuster Called Me to make sure I understood the coverage. The. Adjuster. Called me. Wow. I have NEVER in my LIFE had an adjuster call me for ANY insurance claim I have had. The estimate was over $10,000. The clinic had me pay $2000. The dog was rushed to surgery. At the end of the whole thing the final bill was $10,355. I ended up paying $2057. Trupanion made everything seamless. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they handle things. I have never had an INSURANCE company treat me so well.
