Fast and Easy
This was a very stressful time since my cat is like my child. I had never made a claim before, but it was so easy. It took me maybe 5 minutes and they took care of the rest. My premium is going up 48%
My premium is going up 48%. Obviously they want me to discontinue me as a customer. They were a good company with timely payouts but a 48% increase for using a service I was already overpaying for is pure greed.
