Top Notch Pet Insurance
We have had Embrace for 8 years covering our Chocolate Labrador Retriever. The Claims Process (online) is simple and reimbursement is quick. We have never had an issue with challenging charges or services rendered and billed. We have unfortunately had some very high surgical bills and Embrace has given us piece of mind when worrying about the cost of treatment. We have recommended Embrace to numerous family members and friends. We are very happy with Embrace, the coverage, the claims process and the reimbursement speed. I am so glad I got Spot Pet Insurance…
I am so glad I got Spot Pet Insurance for my cat. Most of my claims have been for wellness. I purchased the Gold plan with 10,000 dollar limit and 90% reimbursement with the $250. deductible. I didn’t think I would need it for anything illness until recently. Spot paid the emergency visits which were in the thousands. If you are considering this for an older cat get it! Worth every monthly payment.

I'm amazed
I have been amazed at how quickly my claims are processed. Over a six week period I spent more than $1400 at the vet on my two dogs. Every claim has been processed in a matter of days, not weeks. My former pet insurance, Embrace, would not accept the invoices from my vet. It was infuriating! Thank you, Spot, for being the best pet insurance I've ever had. You're my third company and the best.

Excellent customer service
I have had Embrace pet insurance for several years but thankfully never needed to use them until this year, we are making up for our last time and the year isn't even halfway up. I have submitted many claims and contacted Embrace customer service also many times every experience has been Pleasant and every claim has been easy to file online and paid either the same day or the very next day. I highly recommend embrace, I tell everybody their customer service is similar to Nordstrom's, Top Notch!
