Buyer Beware!!!!!!I cancelled my policy and received confirmation. They continued to make withdrawals from my bank account. After multiple attempts of trying to get my refund, I had to make a formal complaint. Customer service and billing are absolutely useless and I still haven’t received a refund. Never again will I use this company.

Fast, simple, stress free processing!
After over a year of holding my policy without using it, we sadly had an emergency and my dog needed immediate medical attention and surgery. The process of filing claims with Spot was so easy and their processing time was much faster than I thought!
