We have never had pet insurance until Minnie, Didn't really think it would pay out as it did. We are very impressed with the outcome. You did what you said you would and that in this day and age means a lot to us. Thank you and Minnie thanks you for being there when we need you.

I have had Embrace insurance for my pets for many years. Their customer service really is excellent and their on-line site for entering/accessing my claim info is super easy to use. My only regret is that my rates have just skyrocketed for this upcoming year so I will have to have discussions with them about that.

Exceptional Experience at End of LIfe
My cat just passed after a six month battle with cancer, and Pets Best has truly been so easy to work with, it's been such a weight off of our shoulders as we've gone through this process. Every claim was processed in less than a business week and the funds would follow shortly thereafter. This most recent claim was unfortunately for our cat's euthanasia, and after it was processed, we got a nice email from Pets Best expressing sympathy. They also cancelled our policy on our behalf, so we didn't have to take care of that, and we got refunded the premium that we paid between when she passed and when her last claim was paid, which is not something we expected or anticipated. I can't speak highly enough of Pets Best and I tell literally everyone I know who has a pet about this company!
