So far so good
So far so good. I switched from another company to Embrace. They’ve been responsive to my questions and they review and process claims fairly fast. I just got reimbursed for a big vet bill and it was more than I expected. The refund was deposited faster than expected as well. I wish they could pay up front like the other company I was with, but other than that, no complaints. Love them so far.

Best Insurance Ever
I have had to file several claims, but all have been paid without a problem. Filing us super easy and the customer service is superb. I had gotten a different Insurance for anothwr one of my dogs because it was cheaper and promised a higher reimbursement, well, you know how the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Needless to say I ended up adding my puppy to my current insurance and now I refer people to Pets Best all the time because I know it really is the Best out there!
