Prompt response to claim submitted. Unfortunately, had to make a claim due to rattle snake bite, and pleased with the prompt response received. Now waiting for reimbursement, which should be 5-10 days.

They denied coverage of my pet's ACL…
They denied coverage of my pet's ACL surgery and treatment claiming it was an illness not an injury. I contacted my veterinarian about this and they claim they have never heard such a ridiculous denial. ASPCA will not be there for you or your pet, do not recommend the use of this company. Either a lack of knowledge or lack of compassion, very poor experience

Not the 5 star coverage we were expecting
I would have given 5 stars but the insurance didn’t cover any of the medication form both, our local vet nor the emergency visit. The total costs for the actual visits from either facility wasn’t covered; only a small portion. I guess some is better than nothing.
