Incredible coverage at reasonable rate
Pets Best has been slow to process claims a few times. However, they have always been honest and ethical in their payment of claims. In fact, they have paid claims that they probably could have tried to deny. They are not like those home warranty companies. You can count on them to be fair and reasonable.

Expensive Policy Covered Nothing Entire Year
Policy cost almost twice the one I had previously with another company and didn’t cover any wellness issues. I was expected to pay yet more per month to have wellness issues covered (was already paying over $100/mo). I’m sorry but for the price paid and $0 coverage for anything I had done to take care of my dog was just way too much and not a justifiable expense. Sad. I’d rather put that money in a savings account and use it accordingly which seems to make more financial and logical sense.

I recently encountered an issue with…
I recently encountered an issue with Metlife regarding their refund policy. A representative assured me over the phone that I would receive a "full refund." However, the policy lacks clarity on whether the enrollment fee is refundable, leading to confusion. This ambiguity raises concerns about potential loopholes in other areas of their policies. Under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, it's unlawful to engage in deceptive practices or make false promises in connection with the sale of merchandise ARIZONA LEGISLATURE . Misrepresenting refund policies may fall under such deceptive practices. I have escalated this matter and hope for a fair resolution. I urge Metlife to enhance transparency in their policies to prevent similar issues for other customers.

Horrible coverage
Horrible coverage - I paid the monthly fee uploaded all documents that were required. I had two claims - and they denied both based on not having a physical exam on my dog 12 months prior. I got the dog given to me by a elderly family member who passed and had no history on her or even knew which vet she had taken her too...as soon as I got her I took her for check up to the vet where they found some dental issues (they want to call it pre-exisiting) how is someone supposed to get coverage on older dogs? They want to be in the business of helping dogs - well they suck at it. I paid a monthly fee for literally nothing, I cancelled my policy and going with a different provider. Not worth the headache dealing with FETCH!
