Slow process and hard to get answers in a timely manner from a representative
We have been members for barely a year and our rate already increased. Our first claim took a while to be processed and it was very simple and straightforward. Our reimbursement has not yet gone through to the proper bank account. I have called and emailed multiple times to get an answer with no luck. Tried to update bank account details on app and it keeps glitching to no success. When I was finally able to update and to talk to someone on the phone, nothing has been done yet and it’s been almost a week. Not what I expected. Don’t want to imagine what happens if you had a complicated claim.

Professional staff and well-rounded insurance products
Darcy was a wonderful person with which to work. I had several questions that she ably answered or found the answer for me. She was patient and so helpful. The actual product appears to be a good insurance product. I researched Embrace before I requested a quote and found the company to have high reviews. So, after talking with Darcy several times, I signed a contract with Embrace.

Embrace has met all my expectations. The online claim submittal process works well, and reimbursements have been completed in a couple days. The coverage has been what we expected as well. Overall it has proven to be a good value. We have been a customer for 8 plus years.

Great company, totally worth it!
Submitting a claim is super easy and once you reach the deductible they really do pay out to cover the costs after that. They covered my pet's ER visit which was $2000+ so the policy has already paid for itself. I'm so grateful I got this policy or I wouldn't have been able to afford the care my pet needs. If you have an older pet, you should get them insurance right away before they are past the maximum age. My pet was just under the maximum age and was able to stay on the policy. 2 years after I got the policy he started having medical problems. I had heard pet insurance was a scam but Embrace is absolutely NOT a scam or a ripoff and has made it possible to give my pet the best care. I plan to continue using Embrace as long as possible.

My Pretty Girl
I decided to use Pumpkin after a stray cat found me. I named her Pretty Girl. After two months, I realized she was pregnant. She gave birth to 5 kittens, I decided to keep two of her kittens and friends took the others. Tragedy struck and Pretty Girl was hit by a car and one of her babies I kept (Little Bit) was attacked and killed by my neighbors dog. I contacted Pumpkin immediately and each person I spoke to was so kind.
