Kametria was simply outstanding! I had submitted a claim literally 9 times and the company continued to turn it down because it was processed incorrectly. Kametria went above and beyond and figured out why this was happening and assisted me in resubmitting it correctly to get it properly placed into the system. A Different Kind of Insurance Experience
After my dog's surgery, we didn't have to pay the full amount up front and wait to be refunded. Trupanion got immediately involved when we checked out of the emergency vet, calculated how much they would pay (a very significant amount) and we left the vet having paid a fraction of what we would have paid.
