The company did well the first couple of claims. They were quick and accurate. The past few clams not! I am still waiting for resolution of claim from 12/28.24. Also, not sure why claim was not paid for a Urine Analysis. I understand no pre-existing conditions, but a dog can get an infection anytime.

After two years of having home…
After two years of having home insurance and even having them increase in the second year. Never having a claim or being late on my payments, they cancelled my insurance one month before renewal. After I sent in a request as to why, their response was that they “didn’t have the right product to support my needs”. Interesting, since they had no problem taking my money for the last two years. Would never recommend this pathetic company.

A good choice overall
The experience is average we are glad we did purchase pet insurance for furry friend. Understanding the reimbursement process is a little cumbersome, but overall they do follow through and get back with you and it has been very helpful

Thank you Mannie for your supreme customer service! I had an issue that arose over the weekend. Monday morning I called Sonnet and was greeted by Mannie who helped resolve the issue - in a timely manner. Mannie was efficient, kind, and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions.
