Initial claim handled in reasonable time. Follow up claims took a bit of time when all information had already been received by Trupanion. Even at that, experience was satisfactory. Still trying to evaluate the cost versus benefit of my program.

The Trupanion employee who helped me was great, nice and efficient. All the communication via email with Trupanion was thorough and prompt etc. My only hesitation behind a higher score is that I haven't resesarched other options. But my experience with Trupanion has been good.
