MetLife Pet Insurance has been extremely informative and helpful, especially when our puppy got hurt. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free during a time that could have been really overwhelming. Filing a claim was easy, and the reimbursement was surprisingly fast. It gave us real peace of mind knowing we could focus on our puppy’s recovery instead of paperwork. Highly recommend to any pet parent!

Assistance when needed!
My Precious joined our family 3 1/2 years ago. I knew from what I heard and the cost of pets vet bills that if something major happened to Precious, I wanted to be able to take care of her. Up until 3 weeks ago we did not have a major event. But.......when it came....words can not describe how thankful I was that Trupanion was helping me with her medical bills and I was able to see that she received whatever she needed without having to worry about finances. I could handle the ductible and the 10% while they paid 90%.
