STAY AWAY! Will Deny Claims and Impossible to Get In Contact w/ Someone
Paid monthly fees for months. The moment I file a claim for my dog's vet visit, they deny the claim because he had an ear infection in the past. They will look for any reason to deny a claim. I've been trying to cancel the service but have been on hold for an hour because the only way to cancel is via phone. Clearly hoping you get tired of waiting on hold. Called the number provided as a reply from Fetch here and am still on hold. At this point I'm working on a chargeback with my credit card company.

I tried to get a quote using my mobile web program. After several times of going through the quote process, it always crashed at the registration. I contacted them via phone. I followed their instructions only to have the same issue. I eventually had the to go on a PC and it worked fine.
